Warranty Program

For Kidz Only places a lifetime warranty on all standard and deluxe furniture that we manufacture. This warranty covers all wood components, hardware, and Lexan plastic. The exceptions to this warranty are laminates (Wilsonart, etc.) , plastic liners, tubs, dishpans and baseplates and vinyl/foam products, which are not under warranty. Portable Sink pump, heaters and faucets carry a 1 year warrenty. Solid surface materials (Gibraltar, Corian, SSV, etc.) carry a 10 year warranty.

We take great pride in offering our customers a line of furniture on the cutting edge of the industry. This is by the far the sturdiest furniture on the market. Our lifetime warranty covers breakage and manufacturer defects as long as you own any For Kidz Only products. The warranty excludes scratches, scuffs, dings or dents. Our toll free user support line will gladly provide you with information and recommendations for these minor repairs.

If a part breaks, call our toll free user support line, 1-800-979-8898 and we will send you a replacement part free of charge. If you wish to have us repair the furniture, we will do so at no charge (or replace at our discretion). The customer is required to pay freight charges to ship the furniture back to our shop, plus freight charges for return shipment of the repaired or replaced item. If you are shipping furniture to us for repair, you must obtain authorization from us prior to shipping to discuss packaging details and carrier information. For Kidz Only will pass on our freight discounts to you whenever possible.

Our warranty covers products damaged by normal use for which it was intended. We take many extra steps during the manufacturing of all our products to ensure they will endure even the most rugged use at child care centers and schools. The For Kidz Only warranty does not cover products damaged by freight carriers, acts of god, or unusual abuse (ie: dropping products from the back of a truck, down stairs, use outdoors or using the product other than for what it was intended).

Please refer to the specification sheet(s) for more information on the materials and construction used in our products. We can guarantee our products are far superior to any others on the market. If our furniture goes out to bid as “For Kidz Only or Equal,” there is no equal!
